Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. A Beauté Faces has a 50% cancellation fee If you are a no call/ no show for your appointment. You will be charge 50% of the amount of your service. There is a 24hr cancellation period. Please notify A Beauté Faces at 504-495-2326 or abeautefaces@gmail.com as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule. After 15 minutes of being late there will be a $15 late fee. If you are more Than 20 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled. All retainer/deposit fees are non-refundable and transferrable. You are only allowed to reschedule your appointment ONE time and within 30 days of your original appointment date. There will be no same day rescheduling. Thank You!
